Star Wars Rebels IMDb Adds Rumored Cast

Star Wars Rebels

Although rumored, the Star Wars Rebels IMDb page currently lists Tim Curry as Emperor Palpatine and Matt Sloan as Darth Vader. Tim Curry voiced Chancellor Palpatine in the final arc of Star Wars: The Clone Wars, previously voiced by the late Ian Abercrombie. Matt Sloan has voiced Darth Vader in the past, most notably in Star Wars: The Force Unleashed and its sequel, LEGO Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Out, and Kinect Star Wars. Sloan was also the voice of Chad Vader in the 2006 video short and TV series, Chad Vader: Day Shift Manager, from 2006-2009. The series received several awards, including an Official Star Wars Fan Film Award.

Star Wars Rebels is scheduled to premiere in Fall 2014 as a one-hour special on Disney Channel before airing regularly on Disney XD.

  1. Mmmm…. I’ts soon to say anything, but I think it’s OK :)

Curry not was too bad at all, okay he’s not Abercrombie, but TM replaced IA very well. About Sloan… well, I didn’t hear him before (I would prefer Matt Lanter btw xd), but if he was once Darth Vader, he can be Vader again. If the rumors are true, of course.

Forget my grammar errors xD Just trying to give my opinion in a language that isn’t my mother tongue X’D
