A new kind of danger looms on the horizon for our heroes in the next all-new episode of Star Wars Rebels.
“Always Two There Are” will see the debut of Sarah Michelle Gellar as the Seventh Sister and the return of Philip Anthony-Rodriguez as the Fifth Brother.
In the previous episode, Admiral Konstantine received a direct order from Darth Vader to rendezvous with a ship, forcing him to abandon his previous duties. Expecting the ship’s passenger to be Darth Vader himself, he was surprised to find a new Inquisitor, the Fifth Brother.
“I will succeed where you and Kallus have failed,” he told the Admiral, spelling out trouble for our team of rebels.
In the episode airing on Wednesday, October 28, “Ezra, Sabine, Zeb and Chopper venture on a mission to an abandoned medical station in search of supplies for the fleet. When the arrival of two Inquisitors sent by Darth Vader puts Sabine and Ezra in peril, Zeb and Chopper devise a plan to save their friends.”
We first saw the Seventh Sister back at Star Wars Celebration Anaheim, when she appeared in piece of season two concept art, holding Ezra captive.
Fans at New York Comic Con saw that art come to life in a never-before-seen clip, where the Seventh Sister complimented him on his skills with a lightsaber and offered to teach him, stating the fact that Kanan never achieved the rank of Jedi Knight. Ezra reminded her that Kanan was the one who took down the last Inquisitor, who was voiced by Jason Isaacs.
“The death of the Grand Inquisitor was a surprise to all,” she replied to Ezra. “Yet, it does present the rest of us with new opportunities. There are many hunting you now, all intent on killing you and your Master.”
If that doesn’t send chills down your spine, I don’t know what will.
Just in time for Halloween, the episode will definitely set the mood, so make sure to watch it with the lights off and a bowl of popcorn on your lap.
Star Wars Rebels airs Wednesdays at 9:30PM EST on Disney XD.
