Thursday, April 13
Dave Filoni: Animated Origins and Unexpected Fates, 1:30pm – 2:30pm, Galaxy Stage
Dave Filoni, Executive Producer and Supervising Director of Star Wars Rebels and Supervising Director of Star Wars: The Clone Wars, is joined on stage by creative executive Pablo Hidalgo. They’ll discuss some of the most cherished characters to come out of Lucasfilm Animation, reveal some untold origins of heroes and rogues, and with rare clips and artwork, they will track the surprising fates of this generation of Star Wars characters.
The Growing Galaxy of Women’s Star Wars Fashion, 1:30pm – 2:30pm, Star Wars Collectors’ Stage
Women’s Star Wars fashion has been around since 1977, but has grown significantly as geek culture has become mainstream and female Star Wars fans have become more visible and active in demonstrating their passion for the fandom. This panel takes a look at all aspects of women’s Star Wars fashion (both collecting and wearing), highlights from the range of commercial products and designer Star Wars garments on the runway, as well as examining the concept of Star Wars clothing as both self-expression and a collecting focus.
Disney Parks & Star Wars Merchandise, 5:30pm – 6:30pm, Behind-The-Scenes Stage
Discover a galaxy of merchandise celebrating the Star Wars saga! Be among the first to get a sneak peek into what new exclusives will be coming from the Disney Parks in 2017 and 2018. You will also take an inside look behind the magic at how Disney Parks creates exclusive Star Wars merchandise, with insights from Disney’s creative development team. With Brad Schoeneberg, Cody Hampton, and Quynh Kimball.
PopMinded by Hallmark, 7:30pm – 8:30pm, Star Wars Collectors’ Stage
Join the creative team as they go behind the scenes on creation of itty bittys and Keepsake Ornament products and more. They will discuss detailed looks and answer questions on 2017 products releasing, as well as reveal a few sneak peeks on what’s ahead. No telling what other goodies may be in-store. Panel includes: Christine Taylor: Licensing Creative Manager, Kevin Dilmore: Senior Writer; Steve Willaredt: Senior Design & Illustrator.
Friday, April 14
Star Wars Fan Girls; Star Wars Geek Girls, 10:30am – 11:30am, Star Wars Collectors’ Stage
Two fan girls talk about growing up Star Wars as Star Wars fangirls. Zoe and Lizzy talk about how it was hard sometimes being fangirls, but the new era of Star Wars has made it easier for Fangirls of all ages. They will also discuss how growing up with 501st and Rebel legion parents helped them become more involved in fandom. Finally how the Star Wars podcast community has helped them launch their own podcast.
Star Wars: The Last Jedi, 11:00am – 12:30pm, Galaxy Stage

Lucasfilm President Kathleen Kennedy and Star Wars: The Last Jedi director Rian Johnson will appear on stage. There will be plenty of surprises and special guests on the panel to keep the excitement brewing and speculation spinning throughout the rest of the weekend.
Designing the LEGO Star Wars Galaxy – The Design and Development of LEGO Star Wars Construction Toys with Rob Johnson, 1:00pm – 2:00pm, Behind-The-Scenes Stage
Have you ever wondered what goes into creating LEGO Star Wars sets, packaging and content? 18 year LEGO veteran, former LEGO Star Wars Senior Art Director and current Brand Manager Rob Johnson from The LEGO Group will take you through the design and development process that brings your favorite LEGO Star Wars construction sets to life. The panel will be a deep dive into the LEGO Star Wars design process, from the conceptual stage to sculpting, prototyping, Lucasfilm approval and finally production, and will then cover the packaging development process. Lastly, the presentation will cover content development and wrap up with a Q&A session where there will be a special prize for the attendee with the best question.
The Star Wars Funko Pop! Vinyl Explosion, 3:00pm – 4:00pm, Star Wars Collectors’ Stage
The incredible popularity of Star Wars Funko Pop! vinyl seems to have grown over night, but actually there have been vinyl Star Wars toys since the first Jawa figure’s cape, and Funko has been making Star Wars collectibles for over a decade. We’ll take a brief look at the international history of vinyl toys, the art vinyl toy movement and the growth of Star Wars vinyl toys & collectibles. See the variety and history of Funko Star Wars toys and evolution of the Pop!, leading to the growing army of Star Wars Pop! vinyls. We’ll see the key to Funko’s success is that their artists and staff are all passionate collectors empowered to make cool toys, and we’ll share insights and stories from their headquarters. We will discuss some strategies for collecting and displaying as well as Pop! “FUN”ko Facts from a few crazy collectors. Q&A from the audience, too. Lucasfilm Publishing Writers’ Roundtable, 4:30pm – 5:30pm, Behind-The-Scenes Stage
Join some of the biggest and best Star Wars authors such as Timothy Zahn (Heir to the Empire, Thrawn), Beth Revis (Rebel Rising), Delilah Dawson (The Perfect Weapon), Charles Soule (Poe Dameron, Darth Vader), Jody Houser (Rogue One), Michael Kogge (Poe Dameron Flight Log), and Ben Acker & Ben Blacker (Join the Resistance) to discuss their approach, process, and reception to writing stories set in a galaxy far, far away. Plus, exclusive sneak peeks and announcements into the future of Star Wars publishing! Moderated by Lucasfilm’s Michael Siglain and Jennifer Heddle.

Editor Jonathan Wilkins unveils the new look Star Wars Insider and previews what’s coming up in the official Star Wars magazine. He’ll also be answering your questions about his 10 years’ experience working on the magazine, with prizes for the best questions!

Star Wars Rebels Season Four Sneak Peek, 11:00am – 12:30pm, Galaxy Stage
