‘LEGO Star Wars: The Freemaker Adventures’ Receives Annie Award Nomination

Michael Kramer, the composer of LEGO Star Wars: The Freemaker Adventures, recently received an Annie Award nomination in Outstanding Achievement for Music in an Animated Television/Broadcast Production for his work on “Trouble on Tibalt.”

Others nominated in the same category include Disney Mickey MouseHome Adventures With Tip & Oh, The Powerpuff Girls, and Tumble Leaf.

Earlier this year, the show also received four Daytime Emmy nominations.

“Trouble on Tibalt” featured new pieces of music, including themes for the Arrowhead and the Emperor’s assassin droid, M-OC, which were recorded at Ocean Way Nashville Recording Studios.

At Star Wars Celebration Orlando, the Freemaker Adventures panel debuted a video that gave fans a preview of what goes into building the score for the series, and it highlights both themes.

The Annie Awards will take place on Saturday, February 3, 2018, at Royce Hall on the campus of UCLA.

TWG wishes Michael Kramer and the Freemaker Adventures crew the best of luck! I haven’t watched the other shows nominated in this category, but Michael definitely deserves an accolade for his remarkable work on the series.
