Bobby Moynihan From ‘Star Wars Resistance’ Interviewed on ‘The Star Wars Show’

SNL’s Bobby Moynihan stopped by Lucasfilm to talk with Anthony Carboni on The Star Wars Show about a variety of things, including Matt the Radar Technician, Star Wars collecting, and meeting Carrie Fisher and other Star Wars celebrities.

The one thing they didn’t talk about? Star Wars Resistance! The new series is set to debut this fall on the Disney Channel, and while Moynihan is part of the cast, he was unable to talk about his character or discuss any other details about the show.

Moynihan is also the voice of Louie Duck on DuckTales and Panda in We Bare Bears, and both characters are amusing in their own way. Will his character in Star Wars Resistance also have a sense of humor? One thing is for sure. Moynihan is going to collect all of the action figures and toys based on his character.

“What I’m hoping for now is if I have a Star Wars action figure. Number one, I’ll be broke because I’ll just buy everything that’s there. And if I have a Star Wars action figure, I’ll just sit at home and look at it.”

Who do you think Bobby Moynihan will be playing in Star Wars Resistance? A non-human character? A droid? A mechanic who’s terrified of flying? Let us know in the comments section below.
